Good quality overall.
However, the blade keeps falling out from the socket after a just a few hits, I'm not sure if there's a way to make it more stable, but that would greatly improve the experience.

I have purchased light sabers from other companies, most did not work; even though it was advertised with a ‘life-time warranty’, Customer service was trash.
I took a chance and purchased your light sabers. I am impressed! Out of the box they are beautiful, good weight, good balance. After charging and installing the batteries; I powered them on. The volume is nice and loud, no distortion. It took me awhile to figure out the settings but after I managed that; absolutely fantastic.
My only ‘concern’ was the instructions; very tiny to read and it took me awhile to differentiate the various instructions to the various light sabers I purchased.
Overall I m happy with the purchase, the free saber. The quality is so far superior to the other ones I purchased prior.

A Masterful Replica with some annoyance

The saber when first received had burrs on the pommel handle, at first customer service only wanted to give me a coupon for %25 off, for the amount of money paid for this that was absolutely not acceptable. They did send a replacement pommel with no burrs after pushback and the excuse that it’s more decorative than to actually use which was a bull manure excuse. For over $400 I expect the machining to be flawless. The replacement part satisfied me and was prompt shipping coming from China. The neopixel is bright and the sound is smooth and very responsive. The battery is an 18650 and you have to remove the battery to charge it, I wish it had a quick charge. You’ll have to jostle the battery in and confirm an audio response lets you know the battery is seated correctly. Prying the battery out can be difficult. The screws provided were crap and easily strip even when being delicate and not tightening down hard just get your own screws. The blade once on with the screws I got feel secured and good to spin. This saber also came with a protective decorative cover for the prongs if you want to display it without the blade in. The free saber is baselit and just a random saber, it’s a free saber. Overall I’m happy after I had gotten my own screws and waited for a week or two for the finished pommel but probably won’t buy from Nsabers next time.
